This article should not be scanned or read quickly, but instead each
word must be read carefully, absorbed by your mind so it can be applied
properly. The main reason I began the article with such an introduction
is that even though it is not that long it contains a summary of
extremely important discoveries that I made over the past 10 years –
discoveries that when applied have infinitely improved my life.
These discoveries will help you understand exactly why you sometimes
feel helpless, unmotivated or indifferent and at the same time, will
tell you how to overcome all of these emotions and become unstoppable.
What does being ‘unstoppable’ mean?
Over the past couple of years I kept examining the differences
between people that are resilient and others that seem helpless. I was
eagerly trying to find out if there was a set of methods or actions that
could be followed to make someone really unstoppable and I was right.
Before I tell you how to become unstoppable lets first ask the
question, what does being unstoppable mean? Does it mean being superior
or omnipotent?
Being unstoppable means that you will be a person who will always be able to reach your goals whatever the circumstances are.
If you become unstoppable you might still feel sad or down at times,
just like anybody else, but the main difference between you and
ordinary people is that within few days your energy will be recharged,
you will find yourself fighting again for what you believe in and you
will continue going until you get what you want.
Being unstoppable means that life problems will never stop you from reaching what you want whatever happens.
How to become unstoppable:
Read the following points slowly, one by one and try to relate them
to situations that have happened to you in your life – in my experience
using examples to highlight events that have happened to you personally,
helps the solutions resonate most effectively.
In order to become unstoppable you need to:
I) Know what you should do in order to solve the problems you are facing: Let’s
assume you want to lose weight, by knowing the proper lifestyle you
should adapt to and the proper diet you have to follow you will have
enough knowledge to fight back and lose weight. Lack of knowledge
results in frustration and helplessness
II) Know how to find the required knowledge: Suppose
that you wanted to lose weight but had no idea of what you should do.
If learning, reading and exploring the internet were some of the skills
that you are good at then you will find yourself motivated to learn
about the possible ways to solve your problem, else you will find
yourself feeling helpless then depressed. Depression in most cases is
nothing more than a response to your helplessness and lack of ability to
cope with your problems. So learning how to find the required
information that can be used to solve your problem is the second step in
becoming unstoppable.
III) Believe in the knowledge you have acquired:
Lets suppose that you found few articles that told you that in order to
lose weight you must follow a severe diet. If you didn’t believe that
this kind of diet will work for you or if you believed that its hard for
you to commit to it, most probably you will become indifferent.
Indifference in many cases can be nothing more than an indication that
you don’t trust the solutions you currently have for the problems you
are facing.
IV) Have time: Knowing what to do in order to solve
your problems, believing in the solution but not having time to follow
the plan because of work, studying, college….etc will make you become
helpless and frustrated.
In this case you won’t feel helpless because of not knowing what to
do but because of knowing that you don’t have time to apply what you
know.
The Formula for being unstoppable
Lack of knowledge results in frustration and helplessness
Not knowing how to find the required knowledge results in helplessness and depression
Not believing in the knowledge you acquire results in indifference and lack of motivation
Knowing, believing but lacking time to apply the knowledge results in frustration and depression.
Knowing what to do to solve your problems, believing in the solution
and responding right away to the challenges will result in making you
resilient and unstoppable.
Your goal is to find your area of weakness (from the four points
mentioned) and fix it so that you become unstoppable. If your problem is
lack of knowledge then you must learn how to find out answers through
books and the internet, if your problem is not believing in the
knowledge you find then you must learn how to get rid of false beliefs
and how to find the right trusted sources, while if your problem was
lack of time then you must do everything you can to spare some free time
solve your problems.
